Raheem Morris, the defensive coordinator for the Los Angeles Rams, met up with the youngster he saved from drowning less than two weeks after playing the heroic role.
When Morris noticed a 3-year-old boy called Wyatt in the pool at Encore Las Vegas, he was on vacation with his family and staying at the same hotel.
The youngster was starting to receive CPR from a lifeguard, but Morris refused to observe or help.
He therefore went in quest of an AED (automated external defibrillator).

“I hear a scream as my children are all in the pool. Wyatt is blue and I see him lying poolside,” Morris told ABC’s “Good Morning America.” “And I can just about feel the panic of it all when you’re alone.”
Morris and Dr. Andrew Oleksyn, another man at the pool, assisted in saving the boy’s life. While Morris used the AED, the doctor performed CPR.
Morris gave the Rams’ training department credit for giving him proper first aid instruction and assisting him in comprehending protocols.
In the college baseball Super Regionals, Oregon completes an unprecedented comeback.
“I heard 911 calls, so I immediately asked, ‘Where is the AED?'” Morris remarked. “When I returned, we had a doctor on the scene who could begin the compressions. He was able to recover when I gave him the AED, helped him open it, and placed the child’s pads on, according to Morris, who spoke to ESPN shortly after the incident.

Wyatt Stanley’s mother, Kelseigh Stanley, told “GMA” that what transpired was “truly a miracle when I try to wrap my mind around everything that happened.”
They were all positioned exactly where they needed to be by God.
Since an AED was used to save Damar Hamlin, who suffered a heart arrest after making a tackle on “Monday Night Football,” they have become more common. Morris observed that incident, along with the drowning death of Shaq Barrett’s 2-year-old daughter, contributed to greater awareness and readiness for severe catastrophes.
